Will and I had a lie-in until 9.30 this morning, both crashed out after playing for an hour and lost track of time. It’s the first sleep in I’ve had since he was born pretty much and I felt absolutely fantastic for it.
We went out for a walk with Honore and Lucy where I let the side down with one flat tyre and one squeaky one. Must get both sorted tonight – it’ll be the third repair job in as many weeks. Then we went back to Lucy’s for the most ambrosial lunch with Nina and Thomas. All very decadent and lovely. Will was his usual fractious self, but did manage to nap just long enough for me to woof down my food and a fabulous time was had by all.
